Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Trustindex. Perfect for our wedding! I booked an Instabox 9 days before my wedding after our photo booth (with a competitor) was cancelled. The person I spoke to on the phone was wonderful and very understanding given the very short notice. Email responses were quick, and the design created by the graphic designer perfectly matched our wedding theme. The delivery person was really friendly and professional. During our wedding reception, the box disconnected. I called customer service at 11:30 pm, and the person I spoke to answered immediately and helped me restart the box, allowing us to continue taking photos. A huge thank you to Instabox! :D

FAQ

Photobooth hire, in practice

Everything people ask us before booking, with straight answers.

Another question?

We reply fast: by phone, e-mail or through the quote form.

All the questions

What is a photobooth and how does it work?

A photobooth is an interactive photo booth unit your guests use to take their own pictures. They step in front of the camera, pick their options on the touchscreen and press a button. The photo prints instantly (in under 10 seconds) and is also available in digital format.

What’s the difference between a photobooth and a classic photo booth?

None when it comes to the fun, everything when it comes to the technology: ‘photomaton’ is the historic name for the classic strip-photo booth, while ‘photobooth’ (also called a ‘photobox’) is its modern, party-ready successor. Our units combine the best of both: instant classic-style prints, with a Canon DSLR, touchscreen, GIFs and online sharing.
