What makes a photobooth more or less expensive

• The number of prints: the main factor. Count on roughly 100 photos per 40 to 50 guests so nobody leaves empty-handed.
• Delivery and setup: budget suppliers ask you to collect the booth and install it yourself. Convenient for them, rather less so on the day.
• Personalisation: a photo design in your wedding colours or with your company logo, plus a custom welcome screen.
• Duration: most packages cover the whole evening. For multi-day events (trade shows, festivals), we quote separately.
• The season: Saturdays from May to September book up fast. Prices do not change, availability does.

Cheap photobooth hire: what to expect

You will find booths at €100-150 in Belgium. The difference lies in what is not included: collecting and returning the equipment yourself, setting it up yourself, a consumer-grade printer, and no support on the night if the booth stops printing at 10 pm. A professional photobooth, delivered, installed and collected, costs €200 to €400, and your only job is to enjoy the party.
