What exactly does the advertised price include?

Everything: delivery (25 km), setup, collection, your personalised design, props, support until midnight and your package’s print allowance. No hidden costs.

Are there any travel fees?

Delivery is free within a 25 km radius of Louvain-la-Neuve. Beyond that, a small travel fee is simply added to your quote — and you see it before you confirm.

Can we add extra prints or options?

Yes: extra prints, a personalised wrap or a 360° photobooth (via Instant360) can be added to your quote, depending on your event.

Are promotional prices guaranteed?

The rate confirmed in your quote is guaranteed until your event, whatever happens to our public pricing.

Photobooth or classic photo booth: does the price change?

No — ‘photomaton’ is simply the old name for our photo booth units. Hiring a photomaton from InstantBox means exactly the same thing: same packages, same prices, from €199 to €399 all inclusive.
